For the Stir Fry:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or other neutral oil)
  • ½ medium onion, sliced or diced

Instructions

Chop vegetables and mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. If desired, soak noodles in hot water to separate.
