- 3 cups water
- 1 (.7-ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 ground black pepper
Prepare the Herb Mixture
In a saucepan, combine the water, Italian-style salad dressing mix, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, onion salt, garlic powder, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
