Simple Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo
This Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo features tender chicken cooked in a creamy, Italian-flavored sauce and served over pasta for a comforting and easy meal.

- Cooking spray
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 ounces each)
- ¼ cup water
- 1 package (0.7 ounces) Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped canned mushrooms
- 1 pakage (8 ounces) spaghetti
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Cook the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together the water and Italian-style salad dressing mix.Pour this mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle the pressed garlic on top. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
Add the Sauce
After 4 hours, whisk the softened cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup together in a bowl until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker. Stir in the chopped mushrooms. Cover and cook on Low for an additional 1 hour.
Cook the Spaghetti
While the chicken is finishing, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain well.
Serve
Spoon the creamy chicken and sauce over the hot, cooked spaghetti. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
