Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 package (0.7 ounces) Italian-style salad dressing mix
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped canned mushrooms
  • 1 pakage (8 ounces) spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Prepare the Slow Cooker

  • Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook the Chicken

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix together the water and Italian-style salad dressing mix.
Pour this mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle the pressed garlic on top.
Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.

Add the Sauce

  • After 4 hours, whisk the softened cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup together in a bowl until smooth.
Pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
    Stir in the chopped mushrooms.
Cover and cook on Low for an additional 1 hour.

Cook the Spaghetti

  • While the chicken is finishing, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil over high heat.
Add the spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 12 minutes.
    Drain well.

Serve

  • Spoon the creamy chicken and sauce over the hot, cooked spaghetti.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
