Delicious Sheet Pan Italian Sliders

These easy sheet pan Italian sliders feature layers of ham, salami, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers, baked to perfection with a savory Parmesan and herb topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls (12-pack)
  • ½ lb deli-sliced ham
  • ½ lb deli-sliced salami
  • ½ lb deli-sliced provolone cheese
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Rolls

  • Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom slab.
    Place the bottom slab on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Layer Ingredients

  • Evenly layer the ham, salami, and provolone cheese over the bottom slab of rolls.

Add Peppers and Basil

  • Scatter the roasted red peppers over the cheese layer.
    Add fresh basil leaves if you like.

Top It Off

  • Place the top slab of rolls over the layered fillings.

Season the Sliders

  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Brush or spoon this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.

Bake

  • Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
    Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the tops are golden and crispy.

Cool and Slice

  • Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing them into individual sandwiches.
    Serve warm and enjoy!
