Delicious Sheet Pan Italian Sliders
These easy sheet pan Italian sliders feature layers of ham, salami, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers, baked to perfection with a savory Parmesan and herb topping.

- 1 package of Hawaiian rolls (12-pack)
- ½ lb deli-sliced ham
- ½ lb deli-sliced salami
- ½ lb deli-sliced provolone cheese
- ½ cup roasted red peppers sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Prepare Rolls
Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom slab. Place the bottom slab on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Add Peppers and Basil
Scatter the roasted red peppers over the cheese layer. Add fresh basil leaves if you like.
Season the Sliders
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush or spoon this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
Bake
Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the tops are golden and crispy.
Cool and Slice
Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing them into individual sandwiches. Serve warm and enjoy!
