Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz sliced ham
  • 8 oz slice salami
  • 8 oz sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven:
    Begin by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare Egg Mixture:
    a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until fully combined.
    Stir in the shredded mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheeses until the mixture is smooth.
  • Layer the Meats:
    Arrange half of the sliced ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  • Add Egg Mixture:
    Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the meat layer, making sure it spreads out evenly.
  • Top with Remaining Meats:
    Place the remaining slices of ham, salami, and pepperoni on top of the egg mixture.
  • Add Vegetables and Seasoning:
    Sprinkle the sliced black olives, pepperoncini peppers, and diced red onion over the top.
    Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Bake:
    Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are fully set.
  • Cool and Serve:
    Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before cutting it into squares.
