Preheat Oven: Begin by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking. Prepare Egg Mixture:a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until fully combined. Stir in the shredded mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheeses until the mixture is smooth. Layer the Meats: Arrange half of the sliced ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish. Add Egg Mixture: Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the meat layer, making sure it spreads out evenly. Top with Remaining Meats: Place the remaining slices of ham, salami, and pepperoni on top of the egg mixture. Add Vegetables and Seasoning: Sprinkle the sliced black olives, pepperoncini peppers, and diced red onion over the top. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake: Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are fully set. Cool and Serve: Allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before cutting it into squares. Serve and enjoy this delicious low-carb twist on an Italian sub!
