Total Time 45 minutes mins
- 3 large eggs lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 ½ cups Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic peeled and chopped
- 4 pork chops
Prepare for Breading
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In one shallow dish, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk. In a second shallow dish, combine the Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
Heat the Skillet
Heat olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook until it’s golden brown, which will flavor the oil. Use a slotted spoon to remove the garlic from the oil and set it aside for another use.
Bread the Pork Chops
Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Then coat the pork chop in the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks well.
Cook the Pork Chops
Place the breaded pork chops in the hot skillet. Cook each side for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp.
