- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Romano cheese
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

- 1 pound orange roughy fillets
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Preheat the Oven
