Ingredients
  

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 ¼ cups Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Romano cheese
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pound orange roughy fillets
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    Lightly coat a medium-sized baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare the Coating

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, salt, and garlic powder.

Prepare the Fish

  • Brush the orange roughy fillets on both sides with the melted butter.
    Then, coat the fillets with the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere.

Arrange and Bake

  • Place the coated fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Cooking Time

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
