Easy No-Bread Italian Sub

This No-Bread Italian Sub combines layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese, wrapped in crisp lettuce with a tangy mayonnaise sauce, offering all the flavors of a classic Italian sub without the bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of ham
  • 3 tbsp olive spread
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 6 slices of pepperoni
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1 cup roughly chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ham:
    Lay 2 slices of ham on top of each other, slightly overlapping.
  • Add Olive Spread:
    Spread half of the olive spread in the center of the ham slices.
  • Layer Ingredients:
    On top of the olive spread, layer 2 slices of salami, 3 slices of pepperoni, 1 slice of provolone cheese, a few pepperoncini slices, and 1/2 cup of lettuce.
  • Make Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add Sauce:
    Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce over the lettuce.
  • Roll Up:
    Carefully roll the ham slices around the fillings, with the ham wrapping around the outside to hold everything together.
  • Repeat:
    Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
