Easy No-Bread Italian Sub
This No-Bread Italian Sub combines layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese, wrapped in crisp lettuce with a tangy mayonnaise sauce, offering all the flavors of a classic Italian sub without the bread.

- 4 slices of ham
- 3 tbsp olive spread
- 4 slices of salami
- 6 slices of pepperoni
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1 cup roughly chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Ham: Lay 2 slices of ham on top of each other, slightly overlapping. Add Olive Spread: Spread half of the olive spread in the center of the ham slices. Layer Ingredients: On top of the olive spread, layer 2 slices of salami, 3 slices of pepperoni, 1 slice of provolone cheese, a few pepperoncini slices, and 1/2 cup of lettuce. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add Sauce: Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce over the lettuce. Roll Up: Carefully roll the ham slices around the fillings, with the ham wrapping around the outside to hold everything together. Repeat: Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
